Zikora Media & Arts

We had the pleasure of creating the website and logo for Zikora Media & Arts African Cultural Heritage Organization founded by Chimamanda Adichie The Danger of a Single Story, 2009 Ted Talk. Our goal was to capture the rich tapestry of African culture and heritage that Zikora Media & Arts embodies. We aimed to design a website that was not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly, allowing visitors to easily explore the wealth of information and resources available.

The logo design process was particularly exciting, as we sought to create a symbol that would resonate with the organization's mission. We incorporated vibrant colors and traditional motifs, inspired by various African art forms, to reflect the diversity and vibrancy of the continent.

Throughout the project, we were inspired by Chimamanda Adichie's influential work and her message about the importance of diverse narratives. Her TED Talk, "The Danger of a Single Story," served as a reminder of the power of storytelling and the necessity of sharing multiple perspectives to foster understanding and appreciation of cultural heritage.

We are thrilled with the final results and proud to have contributed to the Zikora Media & Arts African Cultural Heritage Organization's mission. We hope that the website and logo will serve as effective tools in promoting and preserving African cultural heritage for generations to come.
